Daniel Burkhardt, CCIM, SIOR and Keith Goldfaden, Co-CEO represented the Seller, Acorn Ridge Plaza LLC. The Buyer, Holley Capital, LLC, purchased the Property for $6,500,000.
The Property consists of a four-story, 71,711 square foot office building situated on 3.52 acres of land. Located in the prestigious Southpoint office submarket, the property benefits from visibility from Interstate 95 and SR-202 (J Turner Butler Blvd), and a central location in Jacksonville convenient to St. Johns Town Center, Downtown Jacksonville and the Beaches. The Property was built in 1983 with several recent renovations completed, including LED lights in the parking lot, parking lot reseal and restripe, new restroom countertops and mirrors, new roof coating and cooling tower.
NAI Hallmark has been hired by Holley Capital to manage and lease Fortune Plaza with Patrick Buckley, Senior Vice President to lead the leasing assignment with 10,180 square feet available on the fourth floor.
